General terms for boat tours & rental.
These terms apply to all bookings of boat tours and charter services with Skipper Zadar & Boat Rent.
A booking becomes binding upon confirmation. A deposit secures the boat and skipper for the agreed date.
Safety comes first. If a tour must be cancelled due to wind (Jugo/Bura) or rain, the deposit is refunded 100% or the tour is moved to another day.
Cancellation terms for guest withdrawal: [to be added, e.g. deadlines].
The maximum number of guests (up to 8) must not be exceeded. The skipper’s instructions must be followed for safety reasons.
Participation is at your own responsibility within the legal framework. No liability is accepted for personal belongings.
The fixed per-boat prices stated at the time of booking apply. Add-ons are charged separately.
